Hire after sales-service engineer
Job Description:
1.Technical Support: Provide solutions to customers regarding product technology, usage, and related inquiries.
2.Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnose product failures accurately based on symptoms and guide/train customers in repair techniques.
3.Training: Train local technicians for customers and assist in establishing regional repair centers.
4.Coordination: Track and manage factory returns, overseeing the repair process for customers’ equipment.
Requirements:
Language: Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Experience: Willingness to learn, strong hands-on skills. Candidates with backgrounds in telecommunications/mechanical engineering are preferred.
